There're arguments both ways and we can spend all day on it...but with all respect, don't you guys think you are being just a little hypocritical about this?

I still think that NC Trophy is like an expensive diamond, or Art piece, just because it was stolen, you don't refuse taking it back because it was stolen. Even though it has the fingerprints of the thief you take it in a second. This is the way I saw this then and I see it now it was stolen and now it could go back to the rightful owner. If owenr poepl like some schools were undefeated, did they go undefeated in the SEC? I think not! I now rest my case on this one. RTR!

Scottie, I know how you feel.  Auburn has accused Alabama of claiming more national championships than they deserve for decades.  I guess the shoe is on the other foot now.  It is hypocritical on both sides if you ask me.

Aubie I mean absolutely no dis respect when I say this but u are on an Alabama board so of course u are going to hear things that may sound hypocritical or unfair to you. I think it's just us Bama fans voicing our opinion on the matter. I really don't see how we are being hypocritical. U are absolutely right when u say there are arguments on both sides but that also goes for us as well. Every fan in every school that has National Championships could discuss all day long how many one should or should not have. My school claims 13 and so I as a devoted fan will claim 13. Period.

We don't rush the fields after a big game, we don't tear down field goals, we don't do "blackouts", we don't use stretch limos to get noticed. We just work 365 days to dominate. We win championships. This is Alabama football. A is enough...

calling us hypocritical would mean that there is an NC that we think we deserve that we didn't get.. and as far as I know, there aren't any that we got left out on that we are still wanting to claim.

because we claim what UA claims.. 13. No one is trying to claim more than that.
