Bathroom sink leak. Thankfully, it was under the sink in the vanity, no issues into the wall.
First thought is, just get me a plumber out here, I don’t feel like messing with this. No, that’s what you do when you have a landlord.. you let them pay an overpriced plumber to come out and replace the PVC. When you’re a homeowner, you go to Home Depot and buy the replacement parts for $15 and you get under the sink and do it yourself to save money.
This also reminds me that I really need to get my garage door machine fixed

Repaired all the pipes under my son's trailer after they froze and busted during the bitter cold week. Also repaired a leak under my bathroom sink. I feel ya.

Had a pipe bust in my yard, $2,300 later, replaced. I don't mind getting under the sink, but I am not digging in my own yard.

I had to dig a trench about 150' from my house to my well house to replace the wiring for my well pump. Wasn't much fun.
